News to speak on how empowered she feels now that she is with child and it seems as though she may have slipped up during the interview and revealed that she was having a baby girl

Nicki Minaj transformed into the ‘Female Weezy’ this past weekend while on the set of Birdman’s ‘Y.U. Mad’ video. Rocking a blonde and pink dreadlocked look, complete with army fatigue cargo pants and a fresh pair of Jeremy Scott Panda Bear Addidas, Nicki stayed mute as MTV interviewed Birdman and Wayne on set. Later, she did a side interview where she took on Wayne’s former syrup sipping, slurred speech persona and answered questions on Young Money, his career and so forth.

The place to be last night was definitely Bottles and Strikes at Frames in New York City.  Lala Anthony hosted the celebrity packed event while celebrating her new Broadway stint, ‘Love, Loss & What I Wore’. President of Atlantic Records Michael Kyser and Power 105’s Angela Yee created the popular monthly bowling event which has been going on for two years strong.

It was night of fun, laughs and celebration with guests such as  Terrence J, Estelle, Jay-Z & Beyonce, Selita Ebanks, Alesha Renee, Carmelo Anthony, AJ Calloway, Melyssa Ford and many more.

NBA superstar Dwight Howard opened up recently and chatted about fatherhood with Esquire magazine. If you don’t know by now, he is the father of VH1’s Basketball Wives Miami cast member Royce Reed. She wasn’t just on the show for knowing how to twerk it and drop it like it’s hot, she actually was a baller baby mama.

It’s no secret that the two have a very public and uneasy custody battle, so it was surprising that he discussed his relationship with his son.

 

LaLa Anthony Celebrates her theater Debut "Love, Loss & What I wore"

LaLa Anthony wants you to know we’ve only scratched the surface on how talented she truly is. The former VJ and current first lady of the New York Knicks recently made her theatrical debut in the off-Broadway play “Love, Loss and What I Wore’ based on the novel by the same name.

We had a chance to speak with the lovely LaLa last night as she celebrated her role at a private gathering sponsored by X-Rated Fusion Liqueur. The swank 48 Lounge in Midtown was adorned in several shades of pink, as a handpicked group of female guests dined on miniature goodies, and all the pink candies and cupcakes you’d ever want. She dished on the play as well as if ‘Lala’s Full Court Life’ would be back for a second season.

NEW MUSIC: Drake ft. Nicki Minaj "Make Me Proud"

It’s no secret that Drake loves Nicki Minaj. He recently told Elle magazine he would marry her because she’s the only one who would really understand him.

The two labelmates recently released their version of a love song called “Make Me Proud,” which is the new single from Drake’s upcoming Take Care album, due November 15.

In her verse, Nicki focuses on herself and mentions a fragrance she’s working on, while also offering to give it all up for that special somebody. I don’t see that happening any time soon, but Drake honors her success and gives love to every pretty girl with ambition listening who doesn’t give it up that easy. He appreciates your efforts.

Drizzy fans who love the track will get a nice treat tomorrow night as Drake will perform it live on, Saturday Night Live.

Rocsi and Bruno Mars dating?

Theres love in the air for Bruno Mars and BET ‘106 & Park’ host Rocsi Diaz? Sources are telling Page Six, that the two have been dating quietly for months now after Rocsi caught his eye when he was a guest on her show in December.

Bruno has been touring in Europe recently and they were reportedly spotted shopping in Paris and Milan, while celebrating his birthday last week. Rocsi left Bruno a birthday message on Twitter, saying:

“Happy Birthday @BrunoMars … Hope you have the Best B Day ever !!!!”

Australian TV Host shuts down Beyonce's fake pregnacy rumors!

Beyonce said ‘forget Maternity clothes, I’m still going to look fly’ as she walked around New York yesterday in a fitted corset dress and Walter Steiger pumps while showing off her controversial ‘baby bump’. She has been the subject of many reports over the past week that claim she is faking her pregnancy and wearing a prosthetic after it appeared that her stomach folded during a TV interview with Australian’s ‘Sunday Night HD’. The host of the show, Molly Meldrum recently called into a radio show to give his thoughts on the Beyonce rumors, stating:

It is a baby under Beyonce’s bonnet (as you put it), yes. She’s not freaking out [about the rumors] nor is Jay-z they are delighted.

The Obamas attend The Dr. Martin Luther King Memorial Dedication.

The Obama Family was spotted yesterday in DC as the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. National Memorial was officially unveiled.  A dedication ceremony was held at the Washington Mall and attended by the likes of Rev. Al Sharpton; the Rev. Joseph Lowery; actresses Cicely Tyson, Diahann Carroll and Aretha Franklin.

President Obama delivered a speech and said that though we’ve come a long way since Dr. King’s time, there is still much needed work to be done with issues such as bullying and social and economic justice while the country continues to face challenges in education, war, and tragedy.

Soulja Boy is in the slammer this morning after being popped by police. According to TMZ, he was in a car with 4 other men when they were pulled over in Temple, GA for a traffic violation. Everyone in the vehicle was arrested after cops found atleast $70,000 worth of marijuana and cash in the car, as well as firearms. Can't say we didnt see it coming!
